Service
1. Agreement to Terms of Service
Living it Loving it Ltd (LILI) provides its events and
entertainment service to groups and individuals, subject to the
following Terms of Service ("TOS"), which may be updated by LILI
from time to time without notice. The TOS is available for viewing
online at: http://www.livingitlovingit.com/terms and
written copies are available at our events on request. Notice of
changes to the TOS or other matters may be made by displaying such
notices at our events or by providing such notices to you
generally. In addition, when using particular LILI services, you
agree to abide by the LILI TOS and any other guides or rules which
may be posted by LILI from time to time. All such guides and rules
are hereby incorporated by reference into the TOS. Where any
inconsistency exists between the TOS and any guide or rule, the TOS
will prevail.
2. Description of Service
LILI provides events and entertainment services to a variety of
audiences either through individual nights or events in the UK,
USA, Europe and Asia.
3. Your Registration Obligations
In consideration of your use of the Service, you agree to
provide true, accurate, current and complete information about
yourself as prompted by the Service's registration form (such
information being the "Registration Data"). If you provide any
information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete
or LILI has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is
untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, LILI has the right
to suspend, terminate or refuse any and all current or future use
of the Service (or any portion thereof) by you.

5. Your Conduct
You are fully responsible for all your activities whilst using
the Service. You agree to notify LILI immediately of any
unauthorised use. LILI cannot and will not be liable for any loss
or damage arising from your failure to comply with the provisions
contained in this section. You acknowledge that all information,
data, text, software, music, sound, photographs, graphics, video,
messages and other materials ("Content"), whether publicly posted
or privately transmitted, are the sole responsibility of the person
from which such Content originated. This means that you and not
LILI are entirely responsible for all Content that you upload,
post, email or otherwise transmit via the Service. LILI does not
control the Content posted via the Service and, as such, does not
guarantee the accuracy, integrity or quality of such Content. You
acknowledge that by using the Service, you may be exposed to
Content that is offensive, indecent or objectionable. Under no
circumstances will LILI be liable in any way for any Content,
including, but not limited to, for any errors or omissions in any
Content, or for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result
of the use of any Content posted, email or otherwise transmitted
via the Service. You agree to not use the Service to:
- upload, post, email or otherwise transmit any Content that is
unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortious,
defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another's
privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise
objectionable;
- harm children in any way;
- impersonate any person or entity, including, but not limited
to, a LILI official, guide or host, or falsely state or otherwise
misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity;
- forge headers or otherwise manipulate identifiers in order to
disguise the origin of any Content transmitted through the
Service;
- upload, post, email or otherwise transmit any Content that you
do not have a right to transmit under any law or under contractual
or fiduciary relationships (such as inside information, proprietary
and confidential information learned or disclosed as part of
employment relationships or under non disclosure agreements);
- upload, post, email or otherwise transmit any Content that
infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other
proprietary rights ("Rights") of any party;
- upload, post, email or otherwise transmit any unsolicited or
unauthorised advertising, promotional materials, "junk mail",
"spam", "chain letters", "pyramid schemes", or any other form of
solicitation;
- upload, post, email or otherwise transmit any material that
contains software viruses or any other computer code, files or
programmes designed to interrupt, damage, destroy or limit the
functionality of any computer software or hardware or
telecommunications equipment;
- interfere with or disrupt the Service, the Servers or any other
hardware connected to the Service, or disobey any requirements,
procedures, policies or regulations of networks connected to the
Service;
- "stalk" or otherwise harass another; or
- collect or store personal data about other users;
- carry out any unlawful act, not otherwise specifically referred
to.
6. Management of Content
You acknowledge that LILI does not pre-screen Content, but that
LILI and its servants or agents shall have the right (but not the
obligation) in their sole discretion to move or delete any Content
that is available via the Service. Without limiting the foregoing,
LILI and its servants or agents shall have the right to remove any
Content that violates the TOS or is otherwise objectionable. You
agree that you must evaluate, and bear all risks associated with,
the use of any Content, including any reliance on the accuracy,
completeness, or usefulness of such Content. In this regard, you
acknowledge that you may not rely on any Content created by LILI or
available via the Service. You acknowledge and agree that LILI may
preserve Content and may also disclose Content: (a) for the purpose
of providing the Service and so as to ensure compliance with the
standard operating procedures of LILI or its affiliated companies,
and/or (b) if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief
that any such preservation or disclosure is reasonably necessary
to: (c) comply with legal process; (d) enforce the TOS; (e) respond
to claims that any Content violates the rights of third-parties; or
(f) protect the rights, property, or personal safety of LILI its
users and the public. You grant LILI permission to run manual
and/or automatic systems, at its absolute discretion, to determine
compliance with and to enforce the TOS and accept that this limited
access to and monitoring of your computer is warranted and lawful.
You acknowledge that the technical processing and transmission of
the Service, including Content, may involve transmissions over
various networks and changes to conform and adapt to technical
requirements of connecting networks or devices. LILI reserves the
right to terminate your access to some or all parts of its Service
if you withdraw your consent in this paragraph at any time.
7. Intellectual Property Rights of Others
If you are aware that the intellectual property rights of others
or your own intellectual property rights are being or have been
infringed on the Service, you agree to immediately provide LILI
with:
- a description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been
infringed;
- a description of where the material that you claim is
infringing is located;
- your address, telephone number and email address.
8. Hyperlinks
The Service may provide, or third parties may provide, links to
Internet sites or resources. Because LILI has no control over such
sites and resources, you acknowledge and agree that LILI is not
responsible for the availability of such external sites or
resources, and does not endorse and is not responsible or liable
for any Content, advertising, products, or other materials on or
available from such sites or resources. You further acknowledge and
agree that LILI shall not be responsible or liable, directly or
indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused
by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such Content,
goods or services available on or through any such site or
resource.
9. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold LILI and its subsidiaries,
affiliates, officers, agents, co-branders and other partners, and
employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable
legal fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of
Content you submit, post to or transmit through the Service, your
use of the Service, your connection to the Service, your violation
of the TOS, or your violation of any rights of another.
10. No Resale of Service
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or
exploit for any commercial purposes, any portion of the Service,
use of the Service, or access to the Service.
11. General Practices Regarding Use
You acknowledge that LILI may establish general practices and
limits concerning use of the Service. You also further acknowledge
that LILI reserves the right to change these general practices and
limits at any time, in its sole discretion, with or without
notice.
12. Modifications to Service
LILI reserves the right at any time and from time to time to
modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or
any part thereof) with or without notice. You agree that LILI shall
not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification,
suspension or discontinuance of the Service.
13. Termination
You agree that LILI in its sole discretion, may terminate your
use of the Service, and remove and discard any Content within the
Service, for any reason, including, without limitation, if LILI
believes that you have violated or acted inconsistently with the
letter or spirit of the TOS. LILI may also in its sole discretion
and at any time discontinue providing the Service, or any part
thereof, with or without notice. You agree that any termination of
your access to the Service under any provision of this TOS may be
effected without prior notice. Further, you agree that LILI shall
not be liable to you or any third-party for any termination of your
access to the Service.
14. Dealings with Event Sponsors and Other
Merchants
LILI may enter into agreements with others ("Event Sponsors") to
provide goods and/or services to various audiences either in
conjunction with or to augment the Service. Your correspondence or
business dealings with, or participation in promotions of Event
Sponsors, (or other merchants contacted via the Service) including
payment for and delivery of related goods or services, and any
other terms, conditions, warranties or representations associated
with such dealings, are solely between you and the Event Sponsors
(or other merchant). To the fullest extent permitted by applicable
law, you agree that: (a) LILI shall not be responsible or liable
for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as the result of any
such dealings or as the result of the presence of such Event
Sponsors and merchants on the Service, and (b) any orders placed by
you on, and any product specifications and product availability
appearing on, the Service are subject to confirmation by, and the
terms and conditions of business of, the relevant Merchant.
15. Proprietary Rights
You acknowledge and agree that the Service and any necessary
software used in connection with the Service ("Software") contain
proprietary and confidential information that is protected by
applicable intellectual property and other laws. You further
acknowledge and agree that Content contained in the Event Sponsors
advertisements or information presented to you through the Service
is protected by copyrights, trademarks, service marks, patents or
other proprietary rights and laws. Except as expressly authorised
by LILI or its advertisers, you agree not to modify, rent, lease,
loan, sell, distribute or create derivative works based on the
Service or the Software, in whole or in part.
16. Disclaimers
You expressly acknowledge and agree that:
- Your use of the service is at your sole risk. The service is
provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum
extent permitted by law LILI disclaims all warranties, conditions
and other terms of any kind, whether express or implied, including,
but not limited to any implied term of merchantability,
satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose, and any
term as to the provision of services to a standard of reasonable
care and skill or as to non-infringement of any intellectual
property right.
- LILI makes no warranty or representation that (i) the service
will meet your requirements, (ii) the service will be
uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, (iii) the results
that may be obtained from the use of the service will be accurate
or reliable, (iv) the quality of any products, services,
information, or other material purchased or obtained by you through
the service will meet your expectations, and (v) any errors in the
software will be corrected.
- Any material downloaded or otherwise obtained through the use
of the service is done at your own discretion and risk and that you
will be solely responsible for any damage to your computer system
or loss of data that results from the download of any such
material.
- No advice or information, whether oral or written, obtained by
you from LILI through or from the service shall create any warranty
or other obligation not expressly stated in the TOS.
17. Limitation of Liability
You expressly acknowledge and agree that to the fullest extent
permitted by applicable law LILI shall not be liable for any
direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary
damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits,
goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses (even if LILI has
been advised of the possibility of such damages), resulting from:
(i) the use or the inability to use the service; (ii) the cost of
procurement of substitute goods and services resulting from any
goods, data, information or services purchased or obtained or
messages received or transactions entered into through or from the
service; (iii) unauthorised access to or alteration of your
transmissions or data; (iv) statements or conduct of any third
party on the service; or (v) any other matter relating to the
service. Nothing in these TOS shall affect the statutory rights of
any consumer, exclude or restrict LILI's liability arising from
fraud or other criminal action or exclude or restrict any liability
for death or personal injury arising from the negligence of
LILI.
18. General Information
These TOS (including the guides and rules referred to herein)
constitute the entire agreement between you and LILI and govern
your use of the Service, superseding any prior agreements between
you and LILI. You also may be subject to additional terms and
conditions that may apply when you use affiliate services,
third-party content or third-party software. The TOS and the
relationship between you and LILI shall be governed by the laws of
England. You and LILI agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction
of the English courts. Any failure by LILI to exercise or enforce
any right or provision of the TOS shall not constitute a waiver of
such right or provision. If any provision of the TOS is found by a
court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the parties
nevertheless agree that the court should endeavour to give effect
to the parties' intentions as reflected in the provision, and the
other provisions of the TOS remain in full force and effect. The
section titles in the TOS are for convenience only and have no
legal or contractual effect.

(referred to as "LILI", "us", "our" or "we" in these terms) for the
information of visitors to and users of (referred to as "you" or
"your" in these terms) our website. We are committed to your rights
of privacy. This is why we have set out the privacy guidelines
below.

The information contained in this Privacy Policy shall be
governed and construed in accordance with English law and be
subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

5.1 You will appreciate that we need to gather some personal
information from you when you wish to buy our products or services.
The full details of the information we need is set out on the
registration form. You can volunteer some of the information we
ask, but you are obliged to fill in all the boxes marked with an
asterisk if you wish to register with and/or purchase from us. 5.2
We may, on occasions, collect additional personal information from
surveys and competitions, which you will not be obliged to fill in
or return to us. 5.3 The information you supply will enable us to
provide information about our company and services to you and to
contact you. We will only provide this information where you
indicate that you wish to receive further information from us on a
regular basis. 5.4 We also collect demographic and profile data on
our website. This information may be combined with other forms of
information to permit us to bring together, in aggregate form,
information about the people who use our site. Such information
will enable us to understand, in general terms, user preferences in
relation to the content of the website and the effectiveness of
advertising.
6. IP Address and Cookies
6.1 When you enter our website, we use your internet protocol
("IP") address to help diagnose problems with our server, to
administer our website and to help identify you. We also have the
ability to know what type of operating system and browser software
you use and to identify the geographical location of your browser.
Your IP address is also used by us to gather broad demographic
information and other purposes, such as monitoring visitor
frequency and to assess which of our pages are the most popular.
6.2 You may be aware that there is a technology called "cookies".
This is a file that is transferred from the website to the hard
drive of your computer. We use cookies access logging and tracking
to track your activities on and to enhance our website. Cookies
hold your login information for LILI user accounts or LILI forum
accounts and allow the website to recognise your identity whenever
you visit us. A cookie will not allow a website operator to obtain
information of a personal nature that will identify you to us, such
as your name and address. We will only be aware of such information
if you provide the information to us or you have set the
preferences in your browser to provide this information
automatically.
7. Secure Storage of Your Personal Data
7.1 The data may be used by our staff for, among other things,
the fulfilment of your order, the processing of your payment
details and the provision of support services. By submitting your
personal data, you agree to this transfer, storing or processing.
We will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your
data is treated securely and in accordance with this privacy

7.2 All information you provide to us is stored on our secure
servers. Any payment transactions will be encrypted using SSL
technology. Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a
password which enables you to access certain parts of our sites,
you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. We ask
you not to share a password with anyone.
7.3 Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the
internet is not completely secure. Although we will do out best to
protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee the security of
your data transmitted to our site; and transmission is at your own
risk. Once we have received your information, we will use strict
procedures and security features to try to prevent unauthorised

8.1 We use information held about you in the following ways:
8.1.1 To ensure that content from our website is presented in
the most effective manner for you and for your computer;

you request from us or which we feel may interest you, where you

our group, which means our subsidiaries, our ultimate holding

data in order to comply with any legal obligation, or in order to
enforce or apply our Terms of Service and other agreements; or to
protect the rights, property, or safety of LILI, our customers, or
others. This includes exchanging information with other companies
and organisations for the purposes of fraud protection and credit
risk reduction.
9.2.4 If we are under a duty to disclose or share your full name
and country of residence upon request from respective partner
federations or tournament organizers. Living it Loving it Ltd. or
third parties, such as partner federations and event organisers,
might use your name and country of residence for the purpose of
publishing event entry lists from time to time.
10. Registration, Order Forms, Surveys and
Contests
10.1 Our registration forms, surveys and competitions ask you to
provide us with your contact details, such as name, postal and
email addresses. In addition, we need financial information, such
as details of your bank account or credit card number when you
order from us.
10.2 The information you provide will enable us to provide
information about our company to you and to contact you. We will
only provide this information where you indicate that you wish to
receive further information from us on a regular basis.
11. Telling You What Information We Hold About
You
11.1 The Act gives you the right to access information held
about you. If you wish to know what information we hold on you,
please contact us. Any access request may be subject to a fee of
£20 to meet our costs of providing the details of information we
hold. We will only send this information to the email address we
have on file, unless you send us your postal address and request us
to send the information to you at your postal address. 11.2 If you
request us to remove your personal information from our database or
you wish us to amend or change the information we hold about you on
our database, we will remove or amend any such information on your
request. 11.3 You may change and modify the information you have
previously provided to us by sending an email or writing to us at
the address given in paragraph 3.
12. Changes to Our Privacy Policy
Any changes we make to our Privacy Policy in future will be
posted on this page and, where appropriate, notified to you by
email.
Security
If you use this website to send personal data to Living it
Loving it Ltd (LILI), your transmission will be protected by Secure
Socket Layer (SSL). SSL is a technology employed by LILI that
encrypts your information during transmissions. It is our policy to
take all reasonable steps to ensure that your personal data is
securely maintained with access limited to those who need such
access to serve you. However, as discussed below, we may share your
personally identifiable information with unaffiliated companies
where we are legally permitted to do so.
We may also share your information when LILI has a good faith
belief that such action is necessary to (i) comply with legal
process or other legal requirements of any governmental
authorities, including but not limited to gaming regulators; (ii)
protect and defend the rights or property of LILI; (iii) enforce
this agreement; or (iv) protect the interests of users of this site
other than you or any other person. LILI does provide certain
information in aggregate form collected from and relating to third
persons such as advertisers. It is a serious violation of LILI's
policy for any employee of LILI or its subsidiaries to use your
personal data for any reason not described in the Privacy
Policy.

Casino
Hotel
Accommodation
Living it Loving it Ltd (LILI), on behalf of clients and
individuals, secure and reserve hotel nights as part of a package
as well as stand alone bookings. This service includes everything
including booking room type, extras, taxes etc.
Contracts are issued for each client that confirm number of room
nights, pricing (including room taxes and resort fees) and any
other extras. To confirm a room block, LILI requires an initial
deposit equal to 25% of the expected charges. Complete prepayment
(this means cleared funds into the LILI designated account) of the
balance along with a rooming list 45 days prior to
each group's arrival.
LILI will not be responsible for any incidentals charged to a
guest's room unless prior arrangement which has been confirmed in
writing to the Company.
All rooms are paid in advance by LILI, therefore any room
cancellations must be made no later than 12:00 noon on the day
prior to check-in. If you have to cancel rooms after that
point you will be liable for the full amount. All cancellation
requests must be made in writing to AJack@livingitlovingit.com. Should
you require additional rooms prior to departure this can be
arranged but may be subject to an increased charge.
The chosen hotel and Living it Loving it are not responsible for
any personal property brought into the hotel by guests and remain
at all times the individual's responsibility. No weapons of any
sort are permitted to be brought by any Individual onto any part of
the Hotels property at any time
Tournament Registration
All monies for event registrations must be paid in advance in
order for LILI to register players. All registrations must be fully
supplied 14 working days prior to the event in order for LILI to
complete registrations and to ensure all monies have reached the
tournament company
Any players who do not attend their registered event due to any
reason and LILI is made aware prior to the event. LILI will be able
to obtain a refund but we cannot guarantee this if LILI has not
been advised prior to the main event.
Finance
Living it Loving it Ltd (LILI) have multiple client accounts in
multiple currencies. Clients can either pay for services in
dollars, GBP or Euros.
Monies held in these accounts remain the property of the client
and can be requested to be returned at any stage (less monies that
are owed). Monies are usually returned in the currency in which
they were sent. This can entail currency exchange rates; however,
LILI will always use the company's bank exchange rates for these
transactions.
